A funeral service for Freddie Gray, who died in police custody on April 19, is set to take place in Baltimore on April 27.
Gray, a 25-year-old man, reportedly sustained severe injuries while being transported in a police vehicle. A spinal injury eventually led to his death.
Police officers Lt. Brian Rice, Sgt. Alicia White, Officer Caesar Goodson, Officer William Porter, Officer Garrett Miller and Officer Edward Nero have been identified as being involved in Gray’s arrest.
