stand Yourse getting a little uptight about the ridiculous way they're treating him. But even then, he isn't belligerent or threatening in any way. He has a right to be on his phone and call someone to come over and verify his identity. But this cop didn't like Yourse telling the person he called that he was being "harassed" by police...because like most cops, his skin is as thin as garlic peel. So he decides to assault Yourse. How the DA can justify not charging these officers with a criminal offense is beyond me. Actually, it's not. DAs and cops are pals who work together every day. Which is why cases of brutality and misconduct must be taken away from local prosecutors. THIS IS WHY BLACK FOLKS DO NOT TRUST POLICE. And this is why NO ONE should. And this is why folks are taking a knee and refusing to sing praises to a country that allows and empowers this every day.
